Terms and Conditions – Car import and sales

This document sets the terms of collaboration for on-demand import and sale of in-stock cars performed by GoAuto.

Import orders

  • The client sends the desired vehicle specs (make, model, year, mileage, budget).
  • After identifying a suitable car, a deposit is paid to reserve and start procedures.
  • The vehicle is checked (history, technical condition) before purchase; reports can be provided.

Stock sale

  • In-stock cars can be viewed and test-driven at our location by appointment.
  • Displayed prices include all applicable local taxes at the time of sale, unless otherwise stated.

Payments and deposit

  • The import deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs after purchase/transport has started.
  • The balance is paid upon delivery/registration, as agreed in the contract.

Transport and delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on suppliers, customs formalities and transport.
  • GoAuto handles import formalities; costs are communicated transparently before confirmation.

Warranties and checks

  • Cars are checked before purchase; inspection/history reports can be provided where available.
  • Any commercial warranty offered will be explicitly stated in the sales contract.

Cancellations and returns

  • Import orders can be canceled before the external purchase; after purchase, the deposit is not refunded.
  • For in-stock vehicles, returns are possible only if provided by contract or law.

Liability

The client confirms being aware of the vehicle condition and accepts the import/sale conditions. GoAuto is not liable for delays caused by third parties (transporters, authorities, external suppliers).
